Quote:Japanese website airforest.com has the scoop on some details found in the latest issue of KoroKoro Comic regarding the games Nintendo will show off at this year's Electronics Entertainment Expo beginning on May 14. The list includes both GameCube and Game Boy Advance software, and there are very few surprises; that doesn't mean there's anything noteworthy, however.
For instance, the magazine claims that a new Star Fox game is in development at Nintendo. This title is different than the Namco-developed Star Fox Armada. There's also a Mario & Luigi RPG scheduled for the Game Boy Advance. The games are actually listed with their Japanese release dates, too. Of course, not all of these games have been confirmed so make sure you check back later in the week when our E3 coverage begins to see what Nintendo really has planned.

Wow, interesting. I wonder if there's any truth to it. Who wouldn't want a new Mario RPG?
I'd like to hear from as many people as possible the answers to these fine questions; In no particular order.
Who is your favorite director or film author?
(Mine's Stanely Kubrick or Ridley Scott)
Who's your favorite Screen Play writer?
(Mine's James Cameron or M. Night Shyamalan)
What's your favorite film?
(Mine's Alien, Night of the Living Dead or The Shining)
What's your favorite film's art direction and lighting?
(Mine's Blade Runner, Terminator 2 or Jurassic Park)
Who's your favorite film composer?
(Mine's John Williams, James Newton Howard or Alan Silvestri)
What is your favorite scene?
(Mine's from They Live, when the main character put on the glasses and saw the billboards, or from Star Man when the alien uses his technology to heal the animal strapped to the car.)
What is your favorite special effects scene?
(Mine's easily the Rex attack from Jurassic Park, bridging live-action animatronics and CGI. I also love the "Surgery" from The Terminator, a perfect example of puppetry and animatronics. Also, Harry from Harry and the Hendersons - Still considered some of the most advanced animatronics to date)
Who is your favorite character from a movie (or series of movies)?
(Mine's easily Darth Vader, though Lt. Ripley is a close 2nd followed by Short Circuit)
What is your favorite line of dialoge from a movie?
(Mine's Aliens: "Game over, man." Also Short Circuit: "No disassemble, Stephanie!" And from Star Man: "I watched you very closely, Jenny Hayden; Green is 'Go' - Red is 'Stop' - Yellow is 'Go very fast'. )
What is your favorite film poster?
(The European production release poster of The Shining which exclaimed "The terror that swept through America!" which you would think was talking about the film, however this poster was released while the film was in production. This gives another clue iof The Shining's hidden context of America's and Europe's Indian wars.)
BONUS QUESTION: Name the first movie to have a robot/cyborg character.
BONUS QUESTION 2: Name James Cameron's first feature length film.
Just had the weirdest lightning I've ever seen a while ago. I mean, it was actually predictable in nature. Every 3rd of a second, on the 3rd of a second, a flash of lightning. It was quite cool, unless you happen to fear lightning like in this old Mark Twain story here...
Quote:According to the newest issue of GamePro Magazine, Nintendo will present Super Mario Advance 4 at this year's Electronics Entertainment Expo. However, for folks hoping to finally see an improved version of Super Mario Bros. 3 on the Game Boy Advance have a disappointment awaiting them. According to GamePro, the fourth "classic" Mario port will be of the underwhelming Nintendo 64 title, Yoshi's Story. This hasn't by any means been confirmed officially by Nintendo.
Also on the list of GBA games to show up is another installment in the Mario Kart franchise. That's pretty much all the magazine had to say about this one, but we'd suspect that it will connect in some way with the GameCube's Double Dash if it were to make an appearance.
Both of these announcements remain unofficial and unconfirmed at this time, but we thought you'd like to know. We'll have news come next tuesday, so make sure you come back.
I was talking to ApocX on AIM the other day and he had no idea that TC is now located at tcforums.com. He probably thought the place had vanished. Now how many other former posters might have tried to come back here but since tendocity.net does not lead to this place, gave up instead? We really need tendocity.net back.
Since IGN's list is so shitty I thought it would be nice and fun for us to come up with our own best video game list.
But let's keep PC games seperate from video games since I don't want to have to deal with these Blizzard fanboys saying how WC3 is the best game ever. :D We'll make a seperate Top 100 PC Games list in the MCD forum. ABF, you can do the honors.
The first thing we should do is list out every game we all think deserves to be on the list, and then we'll iron things out and eventually vote on it all.
What should the list be for, though? I say that we list out which 100 games we'd choose to have to play for the rest of our lives. You know, that whole "if you were stranded on a desert island" sort of thing.
