      The Official Television/Movie Quotes Thread
    Posted by: Geno - 10th May 2004, 8:29 AM - Forum: Ramble City - Replies (64)

In this stupid and pointless thread which'll probably later turn into a debate about affirmative action, abortion, or Nazi parents, we shall post endless movie/television quotes to our hearts' content! Let's start!

Quote:What's the difference between you and a mallard with a cold? One's a sick duck... I can't remember how it ends, but your mother's a whore.

~Sean Connary (not really), Celebrity Jeopardy, Saturday Night Live

This is disgusting, I hate it when some bunch of fucks abuse the bible, For one the eye for an eye thing was a code of law , If you did murder then the killer is put to death not some innocent man soley because he was of the same nation or race.

I cannot believe people who call themselves christians would praise this wicked atrocious acts in iraq. There not christians there members of the church of Lucifer.

Don't mind me. I'm just seeing how long it takes for this thread to show up in a Google search of the word shishkabizzle. As of now NOTHING turns up, because I just made up this word 10 minutes ago. :D

Since Darwinia talked about Michael Moore and how he's "liberal"
    why not mention Henry Rollins?

The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap?
    Posted by: OB1 - 7th May 2004, 12:00 PM - Forum: Tendo City - Replies (18)

Someone entered a new Zelda title into gamefaqs called "The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap", and it used to be here but quickly dissapeared. Usually I'd brush it off as just some kid entering a false name into gamefaqs, but Craig from IGN had this to say about it:

Quote:I think someone jumped the gun entering that into the database. I can't talk about that particular title since we're embargoed until the day of the press conference.

But Nfloser's a bright one. Yes he is.

    -- Craig

This is the Nfloser post Craig is referring to:

Quote:It would follow the recent Zelda naming convention of making the subtitle the name of an important item in the game. I'd predict the Minish Cap is a hat that Link can wear to shrink himself down in size. You know, deminish.

Or Minish could be the name of a character who created/once owned the Cap, like Majora's Mask.

    Speculation is fun.

    ~Lucas

That's pretty much a confirmation there. We've known for years now that Flagship is working on an original single-player GBA Zelda, and it just has to show up at this year's E3. I'm willing to bet that this is legit and that we'll find out more in four days. I'm finding it really tough to contain my excitement since I expected to see this game at last year's show and was severely dissapointed, so I'll save my woohoo's for the day of the press conference.

    ...

    Oh hell, WOOHOO!!!!!!!!!
