What do you think Mr. Miller?
I created a dynamic request handler in .net for the new forum software.
It dynamically renders an image as a explorer type thumbnail for a file. Using the currently associated icon for a file on the web server.
I wanted to create a component that would render post attachment thumbnails for the new forum software with out having to upload a image for every file type.
For example: ImageFileHandler.ashx?I='/UserAvitars/Ryan-Avitar.gif'&drawmode='thumnail'
Just put the image hander as the SRC for an image tag. The 'I' query string specifies the virtual path to the file and the 'drawmode' query string specifies render parameters.
Limitations:
I could not get transparent spots to render properly so for now it renders as a jpeg.
If your server has crappy icons 'like my 2000 advanced server', thats what it renders.
The gameplay is kind of boring, but the story is fantastic. Graphics are okay. I finally got it for PC in January... it's a very good game, thanks to the great story, but the puzzles are really easy (and involve a lot of hand holding) and a lot of it is just "go there, get the thing, then go over there, then do that, then come back"... I know they were trying something new, to deal with the death of the traditional, high-budget adventure game (with the original The Longest Journey being one of the last great traditional adventure games), but it didn't completely work. It's also quite short compared to the 30 hour TLJ... oh well. It's the interesting story that really carries it.

I bought a used 60GB for cheap. Didn't see that coming, me getting a PS3 before a 360. Anywho, I like it. Heavenly Sword and Resistance are the only games I've played so far...gonna pick up Uncharted and Ratchet soon. Might sell it after those games because I don't see much on the horizon other than Resistance 2 and Little Big Planet...or I might keep it as a blu-ray player.
Its pretty much a blue dude for leather face, Which by the crude dinosaur era graphics appears to be a man drilling his big dick out of his chest into women, When actually its supposed to be chainsaw but its the same blue color as his body. The game is supposed to be rare given that it was banned by retailers for its then morbid content which by today standards is laughable.
Alright, boys and girls, it's time to get serious here. SSBB has a ton of remixs from various games by various composers. List your favorites...or perish!!
