Um, generally when you watch a video file of a game on the net, it's lower res, even if it's a direct feed. They do that to lower the size of the file.
Oh, and NTSC has been in the past the superior format. It's had higher frame rate. Now though, with the new PAL system becoming popular in the country of limes, PAL is actually getting a frame rate equal to NTSC. So, it's all a matter of whether or not you care about some extra lines.
