NPR has the only music on the radio worth listening to, though. Their news is pretty slanted, though, and it seems as though one of the requirements to being a male NPR correspondent is having a high-pitched voice, with soft lisps preferred. Applicants ideally portray an outright effeminate sound, but giving the impression that you're merely pre-pubescent is acceptable.
