It's like Democrats who supported Dennis Kucinich for president I think, it's because they're the one closest to what you actually believe in... that's what primary voters usually do, actually. Just because Kuchinich or Paul won't win doesn't mean you shouldn't support them if it's closest to what you actually believe...
