The "big set" at a dream price is one thing, but lazy I really think your best bet isn't to count on one really neurotic super collector to show up (especially buying from someone with a big goose egg for reputation, the fact is you have to work your way up with trust as a seller). You are much more likely to find people who want ONE thing from your collection than ALL of it. It will, unfortunatly, require a lot of research on your part though... I would sell each game individually, instead of as sets. That goes for the systems too. Much more likely to sell at least a large amount of it that way. Further, with much lower prices, people are more likely to try out a new guy from the shadows. As you get more good reputation, more and more people will be willing to buy from you.
