No, I get ya. You base this highly scientific conclusion on a single relationship, because as we all know anecdote is the plural of evidence.
Basically what I'm saying is you're wrong and the presence of not one but two X chromosomes does not lead naturally to that sort of behavior. Why not all... what country is she from? What not all whatever race she is of. Why not all... whatever her eye color is. Why did "women" become your hated group of choice? My guess is you just picked the trait that stood out most, outside of whatever was done to wrong you, and illogically associated it with that behavior.
But don't worry, it happens allll the time. That's how glass ceilings get built, or internment camps get started.
All people say that people in groups other than their own are weird and different, and from their perspectives that is true... whether that is objectively true is a lot harder to determine, though, but more often than not the answer is 'no'.
As you say, Lazy's posts are obviously statements made in unhappiness considering his situation. Are things really like that? No, of course not... if nothing else, that implies that men are just passive observers or something, while actually of course both people are involved in any relationship (and, usually, its breakdown). I don't know any numbers of course but I would certainly expect that men and women are equally responsible for relationship breakdowns overall...

Except for this part, of course, which has no truth to it. (Not that no one is like that, some are I'm sure, but that's something that varies from person to person and has nothing to do with gender.)
