I think that the only live coverage that'll be on Nintendo's site is of their press event.
What I find interesting is that both Microsoft and Nintendo have sites set up specifically for E3 information. Granted Microsoft is at the advantage because all their demos and movies will be up for free download on Live. I know some other publishers/studios are putting up similar sites as well. I haven't heard if Sony is doing anything like this or not yet.
I did go ahead and upgrade my Gamespot account again to get their daily live coverage from the floor. It looks like everybody having their own sites set up for info has affected Gamespot's prices as well (yay for me), the subscription is only 2.95 a month as opposed to last year's 7.95.
