It's an amazing technique, but graphics cards just aren't ready for this yet, at least not in anything close to 60FPS rendering... more like 0.5FPM.  Still, if graphics cards can manage that before Moore's law disintegrates entirely, this'll mean the end of clipping entirely, and not a bit of LLM involved whatsoever.

Hold onto your papers... whatever that means, because we've got another amazing new bunch of math for bubbles that's universally applicable.

This is the kind of thing I like to see.  It keeps the artists and the programmers involved and still advances technology without relying on LLM techniques.  That said, this technique, as well as the ones it's replacing, are VERY resource intensive, so you're more likely to see it in the next Pixar movie than in the next video game.

    Some more amazing papers, please!

Yet another amazing new rendering technique that handles collision by way of creating contact surfaces as it happens.  It's MUCH faster and can handle broken geometry.  This is still not "real time" ready, but it's an amazing improvement for prerendering.

I love these mysterious papers.  This one's open source, dramatically improves real time physics calculations, and speeds it up so dramatically it's done in less than a frame by a wide margin.

It's not accurate enough for physics or weather simulations, but for movies and video games, this does the job excellently.  Now I wonder if there's a way to dramatically accelerate ray tracing speed, at a tiny accuracy sacrifice.

I  haven't had much to post from this formerly favorite channel, and there's a reason for that.  Seemingly overnight, it went from discussing obscure papers to promoting new AI algorithms from major companies.  It was the EXACT instant the voiceover narrator instead switched to showing his face.  When I say the transition was stark, I mean it.  Not a SINGLE video since that point talking about any other algorithms, it's ONLY "AI" stuff.  Keep in mind this is a guy who'd been regularly mocking it up until that point, but they were also an advertiser.  I get the distinct impression the guy was "bought out".  It fits the pattern too well.  Maybe that's not what happened, but a fundamental shift has led me to abandon the channel altogether.  It's a shame.  I'd liked it.

Here's the last video before the guy fully converted his channel to an AI advertisement channel:
