Definitely see Inglorious Basterds. It was a great film... and Christoph's performance, as said by Welltall, is amazing. He's comical and childish, but cruel and sadistic... and also conceited.
While we're on the topic of Nazi films (and who doesn't like Nazi films?) have you all see Downfall yet? It gets two great big Goron thumbs up.
And we Gorons have tremendous thumbs.

I watched the full movie off of youtube, Its kind of odd seeing those frequently memed scenes in there actual context * that being Hitler throwing fit over his Generals refusing to follow his mad orders*.

The meme is the scene from Downfall where Hitler is yelling angrily at his Generals for not following orders - users add their own subtitles to the scene to make it look like he's really angry over something else. Here's an example:

Pulp Fiction won an Academy Award! It won for Best Original Screenplay. Tarantino shared it with Roger Avary from Flin Flon, MB.
