I recently picked up Swordquest: Earthworld for the Atari (2600, but mine is the early model before they gave it a model number, so it's just plain Atari to me), and StarTropics for the NES. I even have the letter, unused! It seems more than a few people never figured out to literally dip the thing in water.
I love weird "outside the game" puzzles, from "examine the box" in Metal Gear Solid, to this letter puzzle, to Swordquest and the insane levels of crazy puzzles all throughout it's games. Too bad Windworld was never released...
