Quote:Super Mario 64, Perfect Dark, and Diddy Kong Racing all looked and played really good.
Yeah, popular ones like those do work fine. Lots of games have errors though, often graphics ones; if N64 emulators (or even just plugins) were still being worked on much these issues probably would have been solved over time, as has happened with the Turbografx and Saturn (both used to be pretty iffy emulation-wise, but now have some great emulators with high compatibility), but sadly N64 emulator development seems to have died off. It's too bad because PJ64 1.6 really needs some work... the number of games with graphics errors, or no visuals at all, or what have you, is too high. Unless there's been progress on this I haven't noticed?
Today...
Dreamcast
--
Suzuki Alstare Extreme Racing - disc in generic case, $2 - Sequel to Redline Racer on the PC. Fun but simple motorcycle racing game.
(all cart games are cart only)
Genesis
--
Task Force Harrier EX - $0.50 - mediocre to average shmup that I haven't heard of before.
Game Boy
--
Bonk's Revenge - $5.50 - Bonk games are great fun. Supposedly pretty short and easy though.
N64
--
Space Invaders - $5.50 - Activision's Space Invaders title, also on PC and PSX. I have the PC version of this, but it doesn't run right on my newer computer, so why not get this too.
