But Bin Laden meant to kill those people, while Bush didn't. He just didn't care if they got in the way when he tried to accomplish his goals...
And yeah, Stalin's evil definitely is underrated. Hitler... incredibly evil man, started the most destructive war in history, killed more people faster than anyone else... but Stalin was just as bad. Oh, sure, you can ignore Stalin while you look at those images of concentration camps we liberated... but Gulags were pretty much the same. The only difference is, Stalin's evil was hidden... the USSR was a well sealed state and he did his best to keep the rest of the world from really knowing what was going on, not that they could have done anything anyway. But people would always choose the obvious evil over the more cloaked one...
