Well...I've been gorging myself on this game since the moment I brought it home, and I don't think I'll ever be abel to go back to KH1 again. My impressions:
My next stop will probably be the Pirates of the Carribean level. Never saw the movie. Then again, I never saw Mulan either, yet I enjoyed that chapter. I don't think there will be really any concern with not liking most any part of this game (although I know it was setting up the story, Roxas' portion of the game seemed a bit too long to me).
- While it's nothing that can really be helped, Haley Joel Osment's voice has deepened significantly, and as such, so has Sora's. I've pretty much gotten over it by now, but he sounds like a completely different person. Less youthful. As I said, I've gotten over it, but it did take me a couple chapters :D
- I love the new, somewhat slower rendition of the Hollow Bastion music. That was my favorite music in KH1, and they made it even better.
- I no longer hate flying the Gummi Ship! Man, it's like R-Type on steroids. Now I look forward to the flights almost as much as the worlds themselves!
- (minor spoilers) I thought Auron's appearance was somewhat brief. He stuck with you for a while, but then he just up and disappeared. I'm sure he'll be back later. It was still great to be able to see and hear him anew again. Glad they got Matt McKenzie back for his voice, too. It's distinctive, and gives him some familiarity.
- Speaking of voices, what happened to Squall's voice? They couldn't get Boreanaz (or whatever) to come back, I guess, but he sounds odd to me now.
- Couldn't they have foudn someone better than Pete to be the "head-lackey" of sorts for the Heartless? Decades of Disney villains, and they settle on an obscurity like him? I'm not complaining, I like Pete, I just think they could have done better.

The Earthworker Race has ended. Everybody wins.
