Super SFII does NOT have turbo. I have it for SNES. There is no turbo mode. Only Street Fighter II: Special Champion Edition, Street Fighter II Turbo, Super Street Fighter II Turbo, and presumably Hyper Street Fighter II (haven't played that one...) have turbo modes.
Yes, SFII does have a bunch of versions, but it's easy enough to tell most of them apart... the first one has 8 characters, SCE and Turbo have 12 (those two are harder to tell apart, I'm not exactly sure what exactly is different between them... I do know that Turbo has a bunch of colors per character though, while SCE just has two colors each), Super has 16 (with 8 colors per character), and Super Turbo has 16 with turbo, Akuma as the new final boss, and power meters... it's like every time they patched the game they released it as a new title... annoying... add just enough to get people to want to pay, with minimal effort needed!
... oh wait, that's the key to videogame company success? Right.
