I think Scotty had the best scene ever in Star Trek.

It was this one episode from the original series, where some aliens from somewhere take over the Enterprise and try to pilot it back to their universe somewhere... whatever. Anyway, Scotty and one of the aliens start drinking, and he's fucking hilarious.

Alien: "What is this stuff?"
Scotty: *thinks* "...it's green!"
