Okay, I see what you mean. It's done in a similar style but next to eachother it's clear that Yoshi's Island looks better. Island also looks fully hand-drawn, which is great, while some aspects of the DS game look more 'rendered' or something... it's nothing like DK vs. Mario vs. DK, but yeah, the SNES game is the clear winner.
Yeah... though I do have to ask the question about repeating. That is, how often can they repeat that same formula before people get bored and we need another long break like the one between Metroid 3 and 4...
