It probably does, ASM. It's just too lucrative for there to be no crime in the organ business. It's probably not as big as you kind of imply, and DJ has a point in that it's been greatly exaggerated and turned into many urban legends, but there probably is some truth to it somewhere in the world. But the point really isn't that. It's that just about no one who knows English who read that page would take it seriously. It's written with extremely bad spelling and grammar, the descriptions on the items are hilarious... it's backwoods hicks selling organs! It'd be hard for it to be a much more obvious joke, honestly...
