They cancelled his service, and he was fully aware of it. They just never got around to actually dicconnecting it. Yes, they were iditos to do it, but it's obviuosly theft for him to do this. Don't get all semanticy on me. He knew exactly what he was doing. If he didn't know the service was cancelled, it would be one thing, but he did. BE sure.
