Apparently it was enough to convince people to buy it.

These numbers come from a NOA survey of 9 major retailers, and show the GC out selling the Xbox 2 to 1 and topping PS2 sales by over 10,000 units. With games like Viewtiful Joe and Mario Kart Double Dash just around the corner, we could expect even more weeks like last week in the near future.
