Yet at the same time being for all intensive purposes a blank place holder of some kind, I still get charged for it's imaginary service.
Lemme guess, it's something stupid like they just need to reset the connection on their end to reaquire a MAC address for a new router you got or something right? Yeah, Cox isn't much better about that sort of thing.
And then to make matters worse when moron A tried to remove this so called invisible ghost box, instead he actually removed the cable box in my den causing me to loose service for the good three hours it took me to finally get some one on the phone to fix his mistake.
