 What can I say Comcast, your tech support is so horrible that is literally affecting my health. I’m on the edge of a god damn break down. I call to get one thing fixed and you guys hang up in my face 9 times, and three hours later when I finally get a promise of resolution you guys end of fucking up 9 more things. So I call back. Get hung up on 9 more times, then more promises. Only now 18 things are fucked up. And if you think I’m exaggerating in the least, I’m not. Just take a look at the hundreds of call I’ve made so far, over a really simple issue, so simple that a three year old could fix, which I have now been dealing with for over 7 months. And each month of trying to get it right, just makes the situation just worse and worse. On a couple of occasions they have stressed me out so much that I have literally popped a damn blood vessel, I’ve lost so much sleep from stress from these people.

And I just… Can’t stand it anymore.

Mark my words, someone is going to end up mentally ill or worse, committing suicide over this experiment in suffering they call tech support. And only then will the world see what a truly horrible, horrible company this is. I really think they experiment on people, the company invents sick mind games and then sells the results, I really do think this. Because no one’s tech support is this painfully horrible to a society, unless it is intentional. I mean it, there engaging in sick mind games and it has to stop.

PPS. Your claim Comcast that you’re the fastest internet in the country isn’t fooling anyone, seeing as though Cox has made the same claim citing the same study. All I’m saying is someone is full of shit, and I’m betting it’s you Comcast.

Huh, this is probably the best grammar you've ever had. Apparently all it takes is to keep you in a constantly agitated state!

Lemme guess, it's something stupid like they just need to reset the connection on their end to reaquire a MAC address for a new router you got or something right? Yeah, Cox isn't much better about that sort of thing.

No, actually this time it was the fact that I caught them charging me a some kind of phantom cable box which somehow, I can't fathom how.. Can exist on a persons account and yet not be activated or even have a serial number or any from of electronic id associated with it. Yet at the same time being for all intensive purposes a blank place holder of some kind, I still get charged for it's imaginary service.

And then to make matters worse when moron A tried to remove this so called invisible ghost box, instead he actually removed the cable box in my den causing me to loose service for the good three hours it took me to finally get some one on the phone to fix his mistake.

Tell them to turn off EVERYTHING, then turn on each service you actually want again one by one. You're going to have to walk these script monkeys through this step by agonizing step.
