Wow, the immigration bill was too easy to abuse and violated people's freedom to NOT be randomly accused of being an illegal alien (seriously, would EVERYONE be expected to carry proof of citizenship? What of innocent until proven guilty?), but this really does seem reasonable. Yeah, I can support this. That is, for now, unless there's some potential violation of state's rights this may imply.
