Yet more reasons to dislike Mel Gibson? What, he thought we didn't have enough already? Alright then...
His wife did the recording. No, I've never heard that recording things like that is illegal. Anyway though, she said that she did it because she was afraid that he was going to get violent, and I think in the divorce filing said that he had been physically abusive, I think... which isn't exactly surprising, considering the kinds of horrible things he said in that video.
