Sega is dead. But that's something that we've known for a while now, unfortunately...
Of course, since Sega does technically still exist, they COULD come back, but ever since the Sammy merger they've gone so steeeply downhill that even if they wanted to I don't know if they could recover much anymore... maybe. We'll see? It's not that every single game they're making is bad or something (NiGHTS Wii for instance has positive press so far), but overall, they're quite dead.
As for this topic, there's no way that it would work. But the evidence behind "brain training" games really helping your brain stay "younger" is also somewhat sketchy...
