The only way to lose fat is by burning it for 20 minutes every day. Period. Before you start doing anything though you should start a schedule of drinking 8 to 12 glasses of water everyday for a few weeks. We're supposed to drink this amount, especially when burning fat as it flushes out the other toxins locked in the fat (ie: McDonalds).

The fact that there are ten billion TV and newspaper ads about how to lose weight inst.antly with no exercise only proves one thing: Americans are lazy and really, REALLY don't want to exercise to lose weight.. so despite probably knowing that those other methods won't work, they try them anyway. :)
