The issue isn't that hispanics, etc, speak their language. It's that we have to cater to the fact that they don't know how to speak English. If I start working in the medical field, I don't want someone that can't speak English yell at me if I can't speak their language. (I've seen it happen) There is no 'official' language of the US, but it's still common sense to learn English if you expect to get higher paying jobs.
