If you named the thread titles to your comics properly using a constant two digit expression (e.g. 01, 02, 03, ... 25, 26, etc), then all you need to do is click on the "thread" link and the page will refresh showing the thread titles in alpha-numeric order, neatly organizing your comics.
The only problem with this is (especially at the rate GR has gone) that once 100 comics are reached, comic number 100 will be next to comic number ten. :( This is why sites like Penny-Arcade use a date system and arrange the numbers like this: 2004-02-25 for February 25, 2004. That way, a computer can easily sort the comics chronologically by actually sorting the file names alpha-numerically.
