Yeah, really... if you're THAT mad, make your own list...
As for framerates, they matter when they are very low pretty often. If you've played XG2-N64, you'd know that its way over that line -- the framerates are very low, very often. That is just not okay. It just isn't very playable at that speed! It ruins the fun of that great game...
30 or 60 doesn't matter. But XG2 for N64... well its well below that.
Oh, and Rayman is quite definitely far better than a average platformer. Say what you will, but this isn't one you have any critical support for. I know that when it came out Rayman got quite high scores. And it fully deserves them.
And Rayman 2 is my favorite 3d platformer after Mario 64...
How about instead of complaining, you suggest some other worthy games?
