And since you're trying to twist the word of God to your own devices, I should remind you that in the passages you quoted Jesus spoke of charity from the rich, and many rich people participate or donate to charities, and He also believed that the poor should work hard. I don't think Jesus ever considered the idea that the rich should completely provide for the poor by way of extra taxes confiscated by governments. Also, in Jesus' time, the poor had no way of rising to a higher station, and that's certainly not true today.
