Playing DK Country Returns in 1080p on custom hardware

Built seme custom hardware to run the games and I have to say Wii in 1080p with a better GPU looks pretty dope.

On a slight side note though.. The setup absolutely hates the recorder still shot or otherwise. No clue why. I spent all night trying to get a decent recording to happen to no avail.

Is this running on the Dolphin emulator? I've seen examples of resolution bumps with Wii games like this one and yes they do look impressive.

Those do look pretty great, big improvement over how the game looks on Wii in terms of resolution, etc...

I mean, I prefer to avoid emulation due to all those unexpected inaccuracies that pop up, but yes it does look impressive.

Oh, and do try Tropical Freeze. Returns is really good, but Tropical Freeze is superior in every way that counts. The level design just takes the "idea- iterate- complete" notion of creating a level to the next- level.
