Well, anyway, here's the sad truth. Humans can't digest leaves. Like, at all. Well, more accurately, we can't digest cellulose. Some plants, like lettuce, have been bred specifically to have far less cellulose and that's why we can eat them (and also why they are a lot flimsier than tree leaves). This is basically pointless.
