    ...I'm not looking at that. I'm usually adventurous but someone else take the plunge. I think I heard about it on another forum.

    What perception does it mess with, exactly?

    I looked at it for about three minutes. The monochrome grids do show the stated effect, mildly.

    I lack the capacity to do that for 15 minutes.

    The question is, does that grid still show the effect after 3 hours?

    Yes, I tried this for about 8 minutes, and it lasted for two days. Life hack!
