Yup, the new improved GeForceFX is going to be $500. Wow. Sure its improved -- the article says that its a LOT quiter running than the loud and underwhelming FX 5800, and is faster in many categories... but uhh... don't most top of the line videocards usually cost $400 when new?
Anyway, its nice to see NVidia fixing the problems they made with the poor 5800.
