45 seconds of that man talking was all I could stand.. Really, was he trying to excel at being boring as shit.. Honesty, he's like some kind of boring as shit ninja who shoots throwing stars laced with annoying monotone voices that read to you tribual pursuit cards as you slowly die.

Really, I think if a real girl was ever brave enough to approach this guy he would probably pee his paints.

If you do not appreciate the humor and the fantastic veritas in these reviews, then you, Sir, are a buffoon. Did you also get 45 seconds into Citizen Kane before you got bored and changed the channel?

Yeah, the whole "talking really boring-like" thing is the guy's schtick. It's supposed to be a little dry. It helps accent the writing. I think I watched the entire Phantom Menace review at some point and yep, it's both on-point and hilarious.

Has anyone seen TPM in 3D? A friend of mine went and wrote a review that basically said that it wasn't as terrible as he remembered. I myself saw it on DVD a few years ago. As someone who has criminally ignored the series in general, I have to say it was awful as a movie alone, not just a Star Wars movie. I didn't understand what was going on, plus I found it difficult to care about the characters (see Plinkett's point about there not being a solid main character), Jar Jar was awful, etc. It was basically just a kind of boring, convoluted waste of time.

I haven't really watched any of them since, but I remember seeing Episode II when it came out in high school with some friends, and I think I liked it reasonably well. I think there was still a lot on screen that I didn't understand, though. It's hard to remember much of it.

I'm looking forward to the OT being released in theatres, so I have an excuse to force myself to sit down and watch them all.

The Prequel Trilogy doesn't ever get better, believe me.
