The Lawnmower Man - $5.25 , cart only - Decent run & gun / first-person dodge-the-obstacles (with occasional target-shooting-style gun sections) game. The run & gun side I'd remembered, but I'd forgotten that this game has software-scaler first-person levels in it too! The resolution in the scaler stages is really low, but it's still quite impressive for the Genesis. They run fast and much more smoothly than you'd think for the system. There are even some scaling enemies in the regular game. This might be a better tech-demo than game, but the game is decent too, which is nice.

Frogger - $5, cart only - Decent port of Frogger to the 5200. The controls are odd -- instead of moving the stick to move, you hit the lower button to move forwards. You can move sideways or backwards by holding the stick in that direction and then hitting the button. These controls work, and I imagine they did this to avoid the problem of the 5200 stick's slow reaction time, but it does take getting used to versus regular Frogger controls.
PC DD - Humble Bundle - This ends in like 10 hours, but I got the Humble Total War Bundle Redux. I paid $15 to get all the games.

Shogun Total War Collection - updated re-release of the original classic! The first two games don't run well on modern graphics cards, so while I have this on disc (got it new back in '99), this is very nice to have; on this PC the actual game only runs in ugly software rendering. Plus I never did get the expansion, as much as I liked the original... this includes it.
Medieval: Total War Collection - As above, this is a working copy of this game. Sure, my disc copy is usable on my old computer, but it won't run at all on the new one. And as with the first game, I got and liked this game quite a bit back when it came out in '02, but never did get the expansion, until now.
Rome II: Total War w/ some DLC -- Not sure if my computer can handle this newer one, but it's nice to have regardless!
Also copies of Empire, Napoleon, and Shogun 2, but I have those already, with all the DLC included here. The Empire key is tied to Medieval 1 so I actiated that one for Medieval, but those other two I'll save and maybe gift to someone, I already have those in Steam.
The bundle also came with a 1 month subscription to the paid tier in the Total War freemium online action game Total War: Arena, whatever that is (not sure if I care...), and some ingame currency for the (mobile?) game Total War Battles: Kingdom. I don't care about these much, they aren't what I got this for.
