Oh to hell with that. I'll just stick to my PC for online games. And I assume that the $70 includes the one-year subscribtion, although they make it seem like it's seperate in that article.

The more flexible pricing plan includes a planned free trial period, and a more expensive basic starter kit. Subscribers will have the option of a $5.99 monthly fee in North America as of this fall. A one-year renewal or new subscription will be $49.99, while the Starter Kit, which includes the voice headset and some bundled items, will sell for $69.99, a $20 increase from the current $49.99 price.
The headset will also available as a stand-alone item, for $29.99.
