So some forms have recently been released to the public from the NSA.
Here's a sampling of one of them:

That is quite possibly one of the stupidest official forms I've ever seen. Not only are most of those questions leading with some pretty major bad assumptions, there's really no useful information anyone can actually get out of those. They are not unlike most of those really pathetic "personality tests" major companies use in their hiring practices. Yes, I get it, you know nothing about them coming in, but if you use these forms you will know LESS THAN NOTHING afterwards.
