Agreed. Spybot is the way to go. Update it, and it'll weed out everything you've got. It can't always remove all the spyware by itself, but it gives you the exact registry key location so you can just manually delete it from the registry.
Which is great unless the spyware is so very evil that it reinserts itself the second you remove the key.
