I bet the financial aid is from the deceased General Mumbuktu Minotombe who left thirty-six million four hundred-thousand dollars ($36,400,000) in trust to descendants that no one can find, and they need America to give Nigeria a legitimate overseas bank account number to safely deposit this money until it can be transferred out of Nigeria, lest the government confiscate it as estate, upon which time Nigeria will give America 15% of the trust fund. They look forward to conducting business with us.

My brother has the book. I need to borrow it sometime. I've watched bits and pieces of his show and he's fucking hilarious. His comedic timing is spot on.
