No, it's a real 9700 now. You see, almost all 128 MB 9500 non-pros are actually 9700's with four extra pipelines hidden. All you have to do is patch a driver to unlock the hidden pipelines, change the clock speed to the 9700 settings and voila! You have yourself a gen-yoo-ine 9700! The way to tell if it worked it by running 3dmark and looking at your multi-texture fillrate. If it's in the 1000's then it didn't work, and if it's in the 2000's then it did work. Mine is around 2600 MTexels.
