Tag Battles: Swap between two COs from turn to turn to tag advantage of their unique abilities. If both COs power meters fill, unleash a massive Tag Break attack.

Survival Mode: Complete a series of missions, each having special conditions, such as a turn limit or low funds. Complete as many missions as you can.

Combat Mode: REAL TIME! Your units, and even your CO are all controlled in real time, with the d-pad, touch enemies with your stylus to attack.

25 Campaign missions, new COs, new units such as the stealth bomber, aircraft carrier, and megatank, dual screen battles with interaction between the action on bot screens.

That is looking nice but...I prefer Fire Emblem over AW myself. A DS FE would be much welcomed by me, but I'll take the upcoming GBA and GC additions to the series for now.

The double screen being used to show two different locations at once is interesting... harder to manage (two battles at the same time kind of), but normally strategy games just use one 'layer' because of how hard it is to manage a multi-layer title, and having multiple screens is the obvious way to make that better... it's a cool feature. :)

I know, not new, but it's still interesting.
