Most of Sega's recent games have been mediocre at best.
And SK wasn't that great of a developer pre-Nintendo. Eternal Darkness was good because (as Dyack himself said), Miyamoto and EAD were co-developers of the game. I don't know how good they're going to be without Nintendo.
