What bizarre insane person decided THAT needed preserving! Funny the Russians can have something like that in a museum yet we lost Kennedy's brain!! (Found this out watching Myrhbusters)
I can see some twisted sense behind it. Rasputin was famous as one of the worlds greatest male whores :). The fool wouldn't die either. When someone tried to kill him, they poisoned him, shot him twice, cut off that very preserved body part, and still tried to escape. They finally knocked him unconscious and wrapped him in a heavy carpet and threw him in a river. Then he died.
Oh, and did you know Lenin's body is perfectly preserved in a glass case in the Russian Kremlin?
Quote:Measuring 28.5 centimeters (about 11 inches) -- allowing for shrinkage caused by pickling -- Rasputin's penis displayed in a tall glass bottle is, to put it delicately, a big attraction at the museum.
Wow bad way to go...sounds familiar tho..
Ghostbusters 2
