There's an option in the game, it's called "Download Content". I'm talking XBox here...
Glitch is not a proper noun. You don't need to capitalize it except at the start of a sentence. That also applies to all the other normal nouns you capitalize.
I too managed to avoid the fatal ones, but there are sure a lot of nonfatals that get annoying. Besides the slowdown stuff, there's the fact that the whole D&D engine is always and I mean ALWAYS "on". There are too many times when the cinemas just don't look all that good because everyone is acting exactly like they would outside the cinema. That's sort of a problem with a lot of American RPGs. Japanese RPGs have all sorts of special actions and animations just for cinema scenes. The game does look pretty good, but the presentation during cinema scenes often times just looks glitchy because they just force the characters to behave the same as they do outside a cinema. That I don't expect to get fixed, but there's also lots of little things that kinda screw up fighting. Sometimes the spell effects will do some odd things that glitch up a battle, or you are allowed to run away from an area with the enemy in chase and activate some other cinema scene, and kinda screw up the whole flow of the game. This has caused me to fight two major enemies at once before :D.
Namely, there's just way too many glitches for me to list. Go to GameFAQs. They have an entire guide on the game's glitches there. Good game, but I think it could have used some more time in the oven before taking it out.
