Quote:Following a week of media reports that, in addition to several new shows announced earlier this month, Cartoon Network would be adding Gundam Seed to its programming in late April, Cartoon Network has confirmed to ANN that they will indeed be airing the newest addition of the Gundam franchise and that it is scheduled to being on the Saturday Action block on April 17th.

AWN, points out that the late April premiere will roughly coincide with the release of the first volume of the Gundam Seed manga, due to be released by Del Rey on April 30th.

I bet OB1 will be really excited about this.

As long as it's better than SD Gundam. Which I'm sure it will be. Hamtaro is almost better than SD Gundam.

Anyone know where I can get some Gundam Wing DVDs for cheap? (Keyword: cheap. Don't suggest Suncoast.)

Gah, please don't compare SD Gundam to the regular series. SEED is pretty good. Not as good as the UC Gundam series, but definitely better than Wing.

Poor me. I've never seen any Gundam series besides Wing. I heard G Gundam was good though.

Yes, shame on me for even mentioning SD Gundam in a thread dealing with the real Gundam series. That show is like... the Muppet Babies of Gundam.

But the Muppet Babies are great! SD Gundam is not. :D

That's true. I loved watching Muppet Babies when I was a kid.

Fozzie has always been my favorite.

They're making a new Muppet movie (for TV since they're too cheap for a theatrical release). Muppets of Oz! :D

    That's what I thought of too. :D

I've seen: Gundam Wing, Gundam 0083, Gundam 08th MS Team, and some of G Gundam...and one episode of SD Gundam.
