Soooo, Oklahoma actually has a greater than zero level of earthquake threat? I believe I remember there was an earthquake of moderate level here a little over 100 years ago come to think of it...

There's small earthquakes in the middle of Oklahoma all the time actually.

Oh, Erie's been in enemy missile sights before :). During the Cold War we had missiles drawn on us. It's easy to see why. We're a major trade center almost smack-dab in the middle between Cleveland, Pittsburgh, and Buffalo. Not only that, but we're a major Great Lakes port. For those reasons, the terrorists would be smart to nuke us.
