So you refuse to eat lobster because they look gross? Such facts as the meat looking very clean, the shell itself not being soft and slimy like cow or chicken skin, and just the overall cleanliness of the creature mean nothing to you?

You are so damn weird. So damn weird.

So when Nintendo does release the new download system, I wonder what excuse everyone will use for stealing games through emulation? Because obviously the old ones of "they just don't make it anymore" and "I've looked everywhere but this is the only place it exists" and "but I used to own it and I only play it for nostalgic reason" aren't gonna fly anymore.

Oh, wait a minute. I forgot that everyone steals music, and that is almost always songs that are readily available for $1. So why should anything change?

I rarely steal music. Anymore :D Most of what little I still download is stuff almost impossible to find in America.

As for ROMs, I have the whole GoodNES collection, but I never play them. I'll be more than happy to pay for the downloadables. I've never been a fan of playing games on a PC, and ROMs are little exception.

I got rid of all the illegal stuff on my computer last summer, and despite temptation haven't downloaded any more...

For one thing, this is just NES, SNES, and N64. For another, it's sure to not have every game (this is an important point! I mean, do you think we'll see translated versions of games like Seiken Densetsu III? Yeah, thought not... :(). And for a third, people like free over pay.
