This season has been awesome so far, with maybe just one not-so-great episode in the bunch. First there was the conclusion of the temporal cold war thing that's been going on since the first season, and then there was an awesome three-parter about Eugenics War stuff (with a mention of Khan in the third part!), and most recently the Vulcan three-parter that just wrapped up, which explained why the Vulcans in Enterprise are so much different from the ones in TOS. The Vulcan arc was some of the best Star Trek stuff I've seen since TNG.

After the winter break there are going to be some more episodes that tie into TOS storylines, as well as an in-universe explanation as to why Klingons look the way they do in TOS.

I am sooo glad that Brannon and Braga are not in charge anymore. The new guy that have is awesome. A huge TOS fan, unlike B&B. There are tons of little details in this new season that are bridging Enterprise with TOS, even such minor things like sound effects (listen closely to how the Enterprise bridge sounds like now).

If you guys aren't watching Enterprise now then you're punks.

Wish I could be. I did watch part of one episode during Thanksgiving break, with Archer on Vulcan... and I saw the last three episodes or so of last season. I think, at least... I know I saw the two before the last episode and I think I saw that one too.

I've started to watch it a little bit. I saw the latest episode, with the Vulcans, and one of the episodes with Brent Spiner. Yeah, they were both pretty good episodes.

You should watch more of them.

And friggin' Arrested Development. Geez. When you finally watch that show you're gonna be like "this isn't that funny"... but then you're going to watch a few more episodes and then realize that it's the funniest damn thing on the planet, and then you're gonna go like "man I can't believe I didn't listen to OB1 and watch this show before! I'm so stupid!!!!!", and then I'll be like "I told ya so!!" and post a weird picture or something.

I'd watch it if I had a TV in my dorm room... at least, I would sometimes when I remember to. Enterprise isn't awful but it's not as good as Voyager or DS9... and I've seen too many of the bad episodes to say 'I want to watch it every week now!'. But I try to remember to watch it when I can.

No, they just get beat up. Shooting back is for those "other" Trek ships... that aren't totally outclassed by what seems like 95% of the ships they meet (in Voyager it's probably only 75%. :D)...

Enterprise doesn't have shields, remember. Just polarized hull plating.

Yeah. Evil aliens can teleport your crew away right through your hull. :)

Of course, lots of aliens don't have teleporters yet, but some do.

Pfft, it's obvious that you guys don't watch Enterprise. They kick plenty of ass. See: the last six episodes.

And I'm not even going to bother commenting on that ridiculous statement about shitty Voyager being better than Enterprise...

Wait, I guess I just did.

Enterprise is alright and, based on that half-episode, a decent enough Trek show now. I still don't like it as much as Voyager though, overall... I know Voyager has a lot of critics, but I still think that it's a good show. :)

Oh, and I also like Andromeda more than Enterprise. Have since the first season of both shows (though Andromeda is in its fifth season now so it's been around a year longer).

You just said that you only saw a half of an episode from this season and this is the best season so far...

OB1 said that this is the best season so far, I think, not me... I said it's improving. Which based on comparing season 1 to season 2 to season 3 I would say is definitely the case... and the one ep I saw was good (and I've heard that the overall quality is much higher this season), so who knows, maybe this is the best season so far. It wouldn't be saying a whole lot, given how bad the first two seasons often were, though...

You saw half an episode this season and maybe a handful last season. None of them being the great ones (like Similtude, which is one of the best Trek episodes, period, since the TNG days).

Voyager, Andromeda... holy shit do you have horrible taste in shows.

In Sci-Fi, I'd add DS9 and Farscape to those two to probably get my top four. :)

Maybe Babylon 5 too, but I'd have to see more of it...

As for last season, not sure how many eps I saw. Somewhere in the 8-10 range though... they were okay. Very similar to what I saw in the previous two seasons, but with a few less of the awful episodes. And based on the first three seasons I'd say that Enterprise is okay but definitely flawed... much more so than Voyager for sure...

Man your opinions suck. DS9, B5, and Farscape are good though. But not TNG good.
